Rafaelle Schouten is a cousin of Andries Grabowsky and responsible for the auditing of all payments received and then taking care of dispatch of the products from the warehouse in Belgium.
Having worked for a major oil company in the Claims Department and then in the Audit Department she is well qualified to make sure that all receive their due. 

Being Dutch Rafaelle speaks fluently English, German and French.
